In these Terms & Conditions, “NIORA”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the entity operating the NIORA brand and website. “You”, “your”, “customer” and “user” refer to any individual accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or purchasing from this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, together with the applicable policies referenced herein.

These Terms & Conditions must be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Jewellery Care Guide, Warranty Policy and any specific terms communicated for a product, promotion or service.

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The Website is intended to provide information about NIORA, showcase our jewellery collections, enable customers to purchase available products and facilitate enquiries regarding custom jewellery.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not:

Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activities.
Submit false, misleading or incomplete information.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or another customer's account.
Interfere with the Website's functionality, security or performance.
Reproduce, copy or commercially exploit Website content without appropriate authorisation.
Use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of NIORA or any third party.

We reserve the right to take reasonable and proportionate action against misuse, fraud or security threats, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an existing order.

2. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account or provide personal information.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, placing an order or contacting us.

Where an account is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or a security breach.

NIORA may restrict or suspend access to an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse, security risks or a material violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any such action will be subject to applicable law.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION, IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS

NIORA takes care to present its jewellery with accurate descriptions, clear product images and relevant specifications.

Product listings may include information relating to diamond shape, carat weight, diamond quality, metal type, dimensions, design features, certification and available customisation.

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the following should be noted:

Product photographs are representative of the jewellery offered. The appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of your device.
Diamond brilliance, reflections and visual appearance may differ depending on the lighting environment and the characteristics of the individual diamond.
Product specifications, available sizes, metal options and customisation features may differ between designs.
Certification details, where applicable, will be identified in the relevant product listing or accompanying documentation.
Product availability may change from time to time.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and specifications carefully before placing an order.

If a material discrepancy is identified between a product's description and the item supplied, NIORA will address the matter in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.

4. LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS AND CERTIFICATION

NIORA specialises in premium lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same fundamental physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds. The principal distinction is the process through which they are created.

Our products may feature diamonds graded or certified by recognised gemological laboratories, depending on the product and the specifications stated at the time of purchase.

Customers should note that:

Certification availability may vary by product.
A diamond grading report relates to the specific diamond identified in the report.
A diamond grading report and a jewellery authenticity document may serve different purposes.
The grading characteristics and specifications of a diamond will be those stated in its applicable documentation.
Customers may contact NIORA for clarification regarding certification and the documents supplied with a particular piece.

NIORA is committed to providing transparent product information so that customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

5. PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT

All prices will be displayed on the Website or communicated to the customer before the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the India-facing Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other payable amounts will be disclosed before checkout, as applicable.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout through the available payment methods.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation and verification.

NIORA reserves the right to correct genuine errors in product pricing, descriptions or technical displays. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change prospectively. Such changes will not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted by NIORA.

For international purchases, where available, additional customs duties, import taxes or other destination-related charges may apply. Any such charges will be handled in accordance with the information provided at checkout and applicable law.

6. ORDER PLACEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

When you place an order through the Website, you submit a request to purchase the selected product under these Terms & Conditions.

An order acknowledgement sent by email, SMS or another communication channel confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Order fulfilment may depend on payment confirmation, product availability, verification of customer information and, where applicable, confirmation of design specifications.

If NIORA is unable to fulfil an order due to genuine stock unavailability, a material technical error, a payment issue or another legitimate reason, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted to our Client Care team as soon as possible. Cancellation or modification may not be possible once production has commenced or the product has been dispatched, particularly for custom and made-to-order jewellery.

Any cancellation restrictions will be communicated in accordance with the relevant order terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any cancellation or refund rights available to customers under applicable law.

7. CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY

NIORA offers customisation on selected designs and provides opportunities for customers to create jewellery that reflects their individual preferences.

Depending on the design, customisation may include diamond shape, diamond size, metal colour, setting style and other agreed design elements.

The custom jewellery process may involve design discussions, quotations, approval of specifications and production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the final approved design, specifications, quoted price and estimated timeline before production begins.

The following conditions apply:

Custom jewellery is produced according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability and the nature of the customisation.
Changes requested after design approval may affect the price and delivery timeline and may not always be possible.
Custom-made, personalised, engraved and made-to-order jewellery is generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, subject to applicable law.
This exclusion does not affect remedies available for defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products under applicable law.
Any advance payment, cancellation conditions or additional charges applicable to a custom order will be communicated before confirmation.

For assistance with a custom design, please contact help@niorajewel.com.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

NIORA aims to deliver all orders securely and within the estimated delivery timeline communicated to the customer.

For standard orders within India, the estimated delivery period is generally 6–7 business days from order confirmation, as stated in our website FAQs.

Customised and made-to-order jewellery may require additional production time.

Complimentary shipping is offered across India under our standard shipping arrangements. Shipments are insured until safe delivery in accordance with the applicable shipping arrangements.

Customers may receive tracking details after dispatch where available.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other delivery information are accurate.

If you require an address change, please contact Client Care immediately. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

For complete information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

9. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

NIORA is committed to providing a transparent and reliable purchasing experience.

Eligible jewellery purchased directly from NIORA may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise provided under the applicable policy or required by law, eligible products must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in their original condition.
Include the original packaging, tags, applicable certificates and invoice.
Show no signs of damage, alteration or unauthorised resizing.

Custom-made, personalised, engraved and made-to-order jewellery is generally excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Any additional exclusions must be disclosed in the applicable policy and remain subject to applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should notify NIORA within 48 hours of delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Photographs or videos may be requested to help assess the issue.

Following verification, NIORA will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with its policy and applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping, insurance and handling charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or provided under the applicable policy.

For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. BUYBACK, EXCHANGE AND RESIZING SERVICES

NIORA may offer additional jewellery services, including buyback, exchange or resizing, where available and subject to the applicable terms.

The availability, eligibility requirements, valuation method, charges, documentation requirements, processing timelines and exclusions for each service will be governed by the relevant NIORA policy or the terms communicated for the specific transaction.

Where a service requires inspection, verification or quality assessment, the final outcome will be subject to that process.

Customers should retain their original purchase invoice and any applicable diamond certificates or product documentation when requesting these services.

A buyback, exchange or resizing service must not be assumed to be available for every product unless confirmed by NIORA.

Please contact help@niorajewel.com for the applicable terms before initiating a request.

11. JEWELLERY CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Fine jewellery should be handled and maintained with care to preserve its appearance and condition.

Customers should follow the instructions provided in NIORA's Jewellery Care Guide.

Depending on the design and materials, jewellery may be affected by impact, abrasion, chemicals, accidental damage, improper storage or everyday wear.

NIORA recommends appropriate storage, careful handling and professional inspection or maintenance where necessary.

Damage arising from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or improper care may not be covered under the applicable warranty.

For further information, please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide and Warranty Policy.

12. WARRANTY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

NIORA is committed to craftsmanship, product quality and transparency.

Products may be covered by a warranty or quality assurance arrangement, subject to the terms applicable to the relevant product.

The duration, coverage, exclusions, claim process and remedies available under a warranty will be governed by NIORA's applicable Warranty Policy.

Customers should retain their purchase invoice and relevant documentation when requesting warranty assistance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Website may use third-party service providers for payment processing, shipping, analytics, customer support and other operational purposes.

The Website may also contain links to third-party websites or platforms.

Such services and websites may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and operating procedures.

NIORA does not control every aspect of third-party services. However, this provision does not exclude any responsibility that NIORA may have for its own obligations or representations under applicable law.

Customers should review relevant third-party terms where appropriate.

15. DISCLAIMER AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

NIORA endeavours to keep its Website accurate, secure and accessible.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available at all times. Maintenance, technical failures, service-provider disruptions or other circumstances may temporarily affect Website functionality.

Product information and website content are provided to help customers make informed decisions. Customers should review the specifications and terms applicable to their chosen products before purchasing.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any representation, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NIORA will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

NIORA will address product-related concerns, order issues and service complaints in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for matters where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer protection rights, statutory remedies and liability arising from defective products or deficient services.

17. UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Circumstances beyond NIORA's reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, transport disruptions, government restrictions, labour disruptions or major technical failures, may affect the availability of services or the fulfilment of orders.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order, NIORA will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

This section does not remove any refund, cancellation or other rights that may apply under applicable law.

18. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
