01. COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING
Customers are entitled to one free resizing within 90 days of receiving their jewellery. The complimentary resizing is intended to help ensure that your piece fits comfortably and securely.
Before sending your jewellery for resizing, please contact the NIORA team with your order number and the required size. Our team will confirm whether the piece can be resized and guide you through the process.
02. IS EVERY PIECE ELIGIBLE FOR RESIZING?
Resizing depends on the design, construction, setting, metal, and overall structure of the jewellery. While many rings can be resized, certain designs may have limitations or may not be suitable for resizing.
For example, intricate designs, eternity-style bands, pieces with stones set around the entire circumference, or certain specialised settings may have limited resizing options. Our team will assess your jewellery before confirming the resizing request.
03. 90-DAY RESIZING PERIOD
The complimentary resizing must be requested within 90 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may be subject to additional charges, depending on the jewellery piece and the work required.
The 90-day period applies to the complimentary resizing service and does not mean that resizing will be available for every design indefinitely.
04. ADDITIONAL RESIZING
The complimentary benefit covers one resizing per eligible piece. Any subsequent resizing requests, alterations, or modifications may incur additional charges.
If you require a size adjustment after your complimentary resizing has already been used, please contact our team for an assessment and quotation.
05. BEFORE REQUESTING A RESIZE
We recommend confirming your preferred ring size carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size, our team can assist you with guidance on determining the appropriate fit.
Please do not attempt to resize or alter your NIORA jewellery through a third-party jeweller, as unauthorised modifications may affect the jewellery and could impact applicable warranty or service coverage.
06. RESIZING PROCESS
Once your resizing request is approved:
- Contact the NIORA team with your order details and required size.
- Our team will assess the piece and confirm resizing feasibility.
- You will receive instructions regarding the return of your jewellery.
- Once received, the piece will be inspected before resizing.
- Our skilled team will carry out the approved resizing with care.
- The resized jewellery will undergo a final quality inspection before being prepared for return.
07. IMPORTANT NOTE
Resizing can involve modifying the metal structure of the jewellery. Therefore, the final appearance may vary slightly depending on the original design and the amount of adjustment required. NIORA will always aim to preserve the original design, proportions, and finish of your jewellery as closely as possible.
One complimentary resize is provided within 90 days of purchase for eligible pieces. Resizing feasibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
